I use Firefox and every time I get into Google Drive and work with documents I end up with so many tabs open. How can I avoid this?
1. In the web address bar of Firefox, enter "about:config" into the adressbar of the browser and Enter.
2. Acknowledge the warning message that may appear.3. Scroll down in the window and locate the item "browser.link.open_newwindow." Please note that double-clicking on an item may toggle a feature off or on.4. Double-click on it and change the value to "1." This will open links in the current tab insteat of opening it in a different tab or window.
5. Close the browser window.Additional information can be found at: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/959136
