Secondary Staff Email address Does Not Appear in MyCSUEB

Problem or Question:

I entered my secondary email address in MyCSUEB but it doesn't appear.

Environment:

MyCSUEB

Solution or Answer:

Step 1. Log into MyCSUEB.

Step 2. Go to Employees tab. 

Step 3. In Personal Information box, click on the Phone Numbers link.

Step 4. If multiple phone numbers are there, specify your primary contact number by selecting the preferred checkbox.

Step 5. Save.

If there is only one business phone number without preferred check, please either open service desk ticket to make business phone number as preferred or enter new phone number with preferred check and save it.

Step 5. Finally, go to 'Email Addresses' tab, then enter and save your email address successfully.

 

Cause:

Personal Information Data issue that does not allow secondary email address to appear unless a preferred phone number is selected.
