Problem or Question:

Only the first page of my unofficial transcripts in MyCSUEB prints.

Internet Explorer

Solution or Answer:

Step 1. Bring your unofficial transcript into view in My.CSUEB.

Step 2. In the top right-hand corner of the screen, select the Tools icon. Hover over Print, and select Print Preview.

Step 3. Change the first drop-down menu to show multiple pages, and select the appropriate amount of pages necessary to view the transcript (See the Page number printer at the top, right-hand corner of the first page of the document for a suggested page number).

Step 4. Change the second drop-down menu to "Only the Selected Frame"

Step 5: Select the third drop-down menu, Shrink to Fit, and alter the percentage set to an amount that will clearly present the information on your transcript.

Step 6: Click on the Print icon on the top-left corner to print the Unofficial Transcript as visible on your screen.

On the Firefox menu choose Print or using the Menu bar, select File > Print.
