Problem or Question:

How can I manually mark email as SPAM that the system didn't automatically catch?

Solution or Answer:

Step 1. Select the message in the list or open the email.

Step 2. In the Toolbar select the Report SPAM icon or SPAM button.

Step 3. You will be given unsubscribe options to choose from. For those who migrated from @csuhayward.edu, the SPAM may be forwarded from that account.

Step 4. You will receive a confirmation notice at the top of your window.

Step 5. You will receive an email if you were successfully unsubscribed from the mailings.
