Peoplesoft Shortcut Folder on My Desktop is No Longer Working



Problem or Question:

The PeopleSoft shortcuts icon on my desktop are no longer working. I get this error message saying, "The drive or network connection that the shortcut 'Peoplesoft Shortcuts.lnk' refers to is unavailable..."



Solution or Answer:

Here is a picture of the error message you may be receiving.


1. To access PeopleSoft, go to www.csueastbay.edu.
2. Go to the Staff tab.

3. In the right column, under PeopleSoft/Finance Operations Login, choose the module you want to access: HR/Student System Login or Finance (CFS.)



The old PeopleSoft folder shortcuts are no longer valid and can be deleted.
To delete a folder:
1. Select the folder.
2. Press the DEL key.
