I cannot find my Outlook Archive Files when I open Outlook
Archive Files, Personal Folders, .pst files are all the same thing. They will be referred to as .pst files within this article.
1) Click on the File Button and select Account Settings
2) Select the Data File Tab and click Add
3) Select Outlook data file (.pst) and click OK
4) Browse for you .pst files and select each one of them.
Browsing for .pst files: Ms Outlook 2010 defaults to "C:\Users\\Documents\Outlook Files" for storing .pst files.
Previous version of MS Outlook defaulted to "C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook" in windows 7 and "C:\Users\xb5538\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook" in Windows xp. If you did not transfer your personal folders yourself then look for your .pst files in one of those two places.
