Saving .pdf as an Image

How can I prevent changes to a fillable .pdf form after it has been completed by the employee?

Adobe Acrobat Pro

Step 1. Make sure that you are in Adobe Acrobat Pro and not Adobe Reader.

Step 2. Open the fillable .pdf form.

Step 3. File -> Save As -> Image

You have the choice of saving the form as a JPEG, TIFF, or PNG file.
