Delete an Approved Absence



Problem or Question:

How can I delete an absence that is "In Process" or has been Submitted?


PeopleSoft MyCSUEB

Solution or Answer:

Only an approving manager can make these changes:

1. Log into MyCSUEB.

2. Select the Manager tab.

3. Select "Enter Absences for Employee."

4. Click the employee name row that needs to be corrected.

5. Click the trash can icon at the end of the row.

6. Enter any other corrections.

7. Submit / Approve.
