Cannot log in to the Library Database with my NetID password



Problem or Question:

I can not login with my net id and password to the library port.



Solution or Answer:

Depending on what you are trying to access: Library Database or an online resource such as ILL or Link+, your password may be different than your NetID password.

Note: Make sure that you do not have the "Caps Lock" on, as passwords are case-sensitive.
