Problem or Question:

While working with a student in their "my.csueastbay", it often just logs us out for no reason. Why is that?

Solution or Answer:

The time out for students is 20 minutes.

Note: If a new window opens when you click on a link in MyCSUEB, it opens a new “session” that has its own time out period. So although you may be actively working in a window, a previously opened window may time out and log you out of MyCSUEB.
