You can check the status of your Mac product (including Apple mobile devices) at: http://www.apple.com/support/contact/

Note: CSUEB purchases a 3-year AppleCare for all university owned Macs. Which includes Apple mobile devices like iPad and iPhone.

*If you are receiving a newly purchased Mac, please check the above link with your Mac's serial number. Make sure the AppleCare warranty is activated for your Mac. If not, please contact the campus IT ASAP. Also do not throwaway any packaging material until the AppleCare is activated.

**If you have physically damaged your Mac laptop or mobile device (from dropping it, liquid, cracking the screen & etc), the standard AppleCare that the CSUEB purchases will not cover that.
