There is an error when I try to enter MYCSUEB!
Error: An error has occurred. You may attempt to sign in again. If your attempt fails, please contact your System Administrator.
1) Close Internet Explorer [all tabs must be closed].
2) Open Internet Explorer.
3) Go to the MyCSUEB login page: https://my.csueastbay.edu
4) Type your NetID and password.
You are still logged in and the last session is not closed. Internet Explorer caches the pages even if the tab is closed.
