Problem or Question:

When trying to install eFax Messenger Plus 4.4, I get error: The specified path is too long: C:/Users//My Documents

Environment:

Windows 7

Solution or Answer:

Need to install eFax Messenger Plus 4.3.409

Step 1. Download version 4.3.409 which is attached to this article or found on the "Software" share.

Cause:

The default install location is hard coded and for Windows 7 this seems to cause some issues.
