Cannot change NetID password



Problem or Question:

When I attempt to change my NetID password, I get an error.

Error: "There was an error setting your password.  The server responded: [LDAP: error code 19 - password in history]."



Solution or Answer:

This occurs because the new password you're attempting to use is in your password history. You will need to select a new password.
