How do I make a VCL reservation?

Environment:

Windows

Solution or Answer:

1. Log into VCL.


2. Select 'Make a Reservation' or 'New Reservation.'


3. Select a VCL session (environment) from the drop down menu.


4. Select the time you want to start the reservation.


5. Select the duration of your reservation.
   Note: Once the reservation is active, it can be extended to a total of 6 hours. Under special cases longer durations are available.


6. Select “Create Reservation.”


7. The Current Reservations page will appear with the reservation status.


8. Click 'Pending...' for details of the status.


9. Once the reservation has been made, the word Connect will appear.
