Something happened and Internet Explorer is no longer my default browser.

Solution or Answer

1. Click Start => All Programs => Internet Explorer
2. In Internet Explorer Click Tools => Internet Options
3. Select the Programs Tab
4. Click the Make Default button
5. Click OK

Cause

Another browser was installed and during the setup, "make default" was selected.
