Problem or Question:

How can I view and print the "on behalf of" information?

Environment:

ServiceNow

Solution or Answer:

View Contact Information
1. In the Incident or Requested Item, click the Reference Icon. (Hovering over this icon will provide you with a quick view.)

The user information for Incidents is located next to the On behalf of text box.

The user information for Requested Items is located next to the Requested for text box.

Print the Contact information
 
1. With the User profile in view, click the printer icon on the top right corner of the page.

2. A new window pops up with the user details.

Printing in Google Chrome
1. Click any of the Click to Print buttons.
2. Destination Printer: confirm or change
3. Pages: Looking at the print preview, indicate what pages you want to print.
4. Layout: Change your layout to Landscape.
5. Click the Print button at the top of the window.

Printing in Mozilla Firefox
1. Select File from the menu bar and click Print Preview. A new window pops up with a preview of the pages to be printed. 
2. Layout: Change your layout to Landscape.
3. Destination Printer: confirm or change
4. Pages: Looking at the print preview, indicate what pages you want to print.
5. Click the Ok button at the bottom of the window.

Printing in Internet Explorer
1. Select File from the menu bar and click Print Preview. A new window pops up with a preview of the pages to be printed
2. Layout: Change your layout to Landscape.
3. Click the Print Document icon.
4. Destination Printer: confirm or change
5. Pages: Looking at the print preview, indicate the range of pages you want to print.
6. Click the Print button at the bottom of the window.

Returning to Ticket
7. After printing, the user profile print preview window returns, close it.
8. At the top of the User page, click the green Back button to return to your ticket.
