Problem or Question:

How do I know whether the Agent has completed the assigned Catalog Task?

Environment:

ServiceNow

Solution or Answer:

You will receive a notification email when the Task is completed. You can check the status of the task before completion by checking the State of the task in Catalog Task section of the task.

You can look at the activity section to view the comments made by the assigned agent. You will receive an email about the progress of the task every time the assigned agent makes a comment.
