Agent Catalog Task Locate a Closed Catalog Task

Problem or Question:

I closed my Catalog Task and cannot find it. I am no longer in “My Work”. How do I find it?

Environment:

ServiceNow

Solution or Answer:

1. Navigate to “Tasks” under Service Catalog.

2. Change the search field to Assigned to.

3. Enter your name in the search field and click Go.

4. Right-click on the State Column header and choose Group by State to group Catalog Tasks and narrow down your search.
