Agent - Toggle Tabs Off and On in ServiceNow

Problem or Question:

I don't know what happened but I lost my Catalog Task tab in the Service Request I was working on.

Environment:

ServiceNow

Solution or Answer:

You may have toggled the tabs off. To toggle the tabs off and on in ServiceNow, click the Toggle tabs on / off button on the right hand side of the ticket. An expanded view of the tabs displays.
